Role Overview We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to own the technical side of getting merchants live on FlexyPe. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll run theme integrations, take merchants from setup to go-live, and be the technical fixer for issues our support and success teams escalate. You'll work directly with the tech team and founders if you like solving real problems for real customers and shipping fast, this is your seat. What You'll Do - Own merchant go-lives handle end-to-end technical onboarding: setup, configuration, and taking each merchant from integration to live. - Theme & store integrations implement and troubleshoot FlexyPe across merchants' Shopify themes, ensuring checkout, cart, and scripts work flawlessly. - Resolve escalations on priority be the technical point person for queries raised by the support and success teams; debug, fix, and close them quick. - Debug across the stack read logs, reproduce issues, trace problems across frontend, APIs, and integrations, and ship the fix. - Improve the process spot recurring integration issues and help build tools, scripts, or docs so they stop happening. - Work with the tech team escalate deeper product bugs cleanly, with the context needed to fix them fast. What We're Looking For - Strong fundamentals in MERN Stack and comfort with REST and GraphQL APIs you can read someone else's code and debug live issues. - Familiarity with Shopify (themes, Liquid, scripts, app integrations) is a big plus if you've built or customized a Shopify store, tell us. - A real debugger someone who enjoys chasing a bug to root cause, not just patching symptoms. - Clear communicator who can explain a technical fix to a non-technical merchant without losing them. - Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage, founder-led team.
