<p><strong>Job title: Senior Coordinator – Outreach & Partnerships</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Looking for a dynamic and target-oriented <strong>Senior Coordinator – Outreach & Partnerships</strong> to drive institutional outreach and partnerships with schools and colleges for InternNation Knowledge Tours.</p><p>The role involves identifying potential institutions, engaging with key decision-makers, converting prospects into partnerships, and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and research schools and colleges that can benefit from InternNation’s educational and experiential learning tours.</li><li>Connect with school principals, college deans, vice-chancellors, and other institutional decision-makers.</li><li>Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the value of InternNation Knowledge Tours.</li><li>Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, address client concerns, and drive partnership closures.</li><li>Follow up with prospective institutions and work towards signing MOUs.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective schools and colleges.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly outreach, partnership, and business targets.</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for partner institutions and ensure timely resolution of queries.</li><li>Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to improve services and encourage repeat partnerships.</li><li>Stay updated on education-sector trends and changing requirements related to student exposure, travel, and experiential learning.</li><li>Research potential new markets and institutions for business expansion.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of tours after onboarding.</li><li>Communicate institution-specific requirements, including student numbers, tour preferences, and timelines.</li><li>Maintain regular reports on meetings, partnerships, closures, upcoming opportunities, and client engagement.</li><li>Share market insights and client feedback with the leadership team to support business growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators</strong></p><ul><li>Number of schools/colleges contacted and onboarded.</li><li>Partnerships and revenue generated through MOUs.</li><li>Client satisfaction and feedback.</li><li>Achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.</li><li>Contribution to business and organizational growth.</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.</li><li>Business development and institutional outreach capabilities.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with institutional stakeholders and decision-makers.</li><li>Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales/outreach targets.</li><li>Experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, education, travel, business development, or partnerships will be an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p>
