Sattva Boutique is looking for a highly motivated fashion enthusiast to join our team.

If you are a passionate, social, problem-solving individual who wants to help women look and feel their best, while finding personal success alongside our small thriving business - this position is for you.

We are located in Halifax’s up and coming North End in a sunny, street-front boutique, surrounded by a rich community of local independent businesses and residents.

Daily responsibilities include:

○ Opening/closing the shop

○ In-store styling and sales

○ Excellent verbal and written customer service

○ E-commerce orders (Packing, shipping, returns, communication)

○ Inventory, social media, and merchandising support

For the right candidate responsibilities could expand to include: Social media contributions, inventory receiving, social selling, direct support to the management team and customer care.

Our focus is on providing the highest quality experience for our customers by delivering exceptional customer service, therefore retail experience is a must.

Basic computer skills are essential, as are a strong work ethic and a positive professional spirit. Additional skills such as experience in fashion, graphic design, visual merchandising, blog writing, social media experience, marketing, and/or knowledge of Lightspeed POS or Shopify E-commerce are all assets.

1 part time position (1-3 days a week). A path to full-time hours is possible based on performance.

Weekend availability is a must

Note: We are associated with Anothershop in Queens Marque and this position requires you to be able to work at both locations.

Pay: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
