Roles & Responsibilities - Visit local businesses across Pune. - Pitch our Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing services. - Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings. - Understand client requirements and explain our service offerings. - Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients. - Maintain a daily report of visits, leads, and conversions. - Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and onboarding. Services You'll Sell - Social Media Management - Instagram & Facebook Marketing - Reels & Video Production - Video Editing - Graphic Design - Meta Ads - Branding & Digital Marketing Requirements - Good communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. - Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Working Hours Part-Time: 45 hours per day (Flexible) Compensation - Fixed Monthly Stipend (Based on Experience) - Attractive Incentives on Every Successful Client Conversion - Chance to transition into a Full-Time role based on performance. Trial Period This is a part-time trial role for the first 30 days. Based on performance, lead quality, and client conversions, the candidate may be offered a full-time position with a higher salary and incentives.
