The candidate will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed correctly and delivered on time while maintaining warehouse organization and safety standards. ๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ“ฆ Pick items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists or system orders ๐Ÿ” Verify product details such as SKU, size, quantity, and condition before packing ๐Ÿ“ฎ Pack items securely and label shipments correctly for dispatch ๐Ÿงน Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse picking area ๐Ÿ“Š Follow FIFO guidelines and proper inventory handling procedures ๐Ÿ“‹ Assist in stock counting and cycle audits when required โš ๏ธ Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately ๐ŸŽฏ Achieve daily picking and packing targets with high accuracy ๐Ÿฆบ Follow warehouse safety rules and operational SOPs ๐Ÿงฉ Eligibility Criteria: Age: 18 โ€“ 40 years Gender: Both genders allowed Education: 10th Pass or Above English: Basic English Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates can apply Shift: Day (Full Time) ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Required Skills: Order Picking & Packing Attention to Detail Basic Reading & Counting Skills Inventory Handling Barcode Scanning (Preferred) Warehouse Operations Stock Handling Teamwork & Coordination ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: โ‚น16,000 โ€“ โ‚น21,000 (As per experience & skills) Perks: Annual Bonus
