Type Full-Time · Remote

Location(s) Delhi NCR, Delhi (NCT), Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, India

Compensation CAD $40,000 - CAD $50,000 Annually

Remote | Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time Business Hours

Annual Target Earnings: C$40,000 - C$50,000

The Opportunity

Royal York Property Management is hiring Outbound Appointment Setters to speak with residential property owners about its rental-guarantee program.

The program costs C$100 per month. If a covered tenant defaults on rent, the program is designed to provide the owner with an amount equal to the property’s monthly rent, subject to the program’s terms, approval requirements, and claim conditions.

You will contact company-provided property-owner leads through an automatic dialer, introduce the program, ask qualification questions, respond to objections, and move interested owners to the next step.

For most qualified owners, the preferred outcome is an immediate warm or live transfer to a Royal York sales representative rather than an appointment scheduled for another day.

You will not complete the final sale or determine approval.

What You’ll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls using an automatic dialer.

Gain the property owner’s attention quickly.

Introduce Royal York and the rental-guarantee program.

Ask questions about the owner and their rental property.

Confirm the number of properties and whether they are occupied or vacant.

Explain the C$100 monthly cost and the program’s potential value.

Respond to objections involving price, need, timing, trust, or existing tenants.

Ask qualified owners to speak with a Royal York sales representative.

Complete warm and live transfers.

Schedule callbacks or appointments when required.

Record accurate notes, outcomes, and call dispositions.

Follow campaign scripts, qualification rules, and opt-out procedures.

Meet hourly and daily transfer or appointment targets.

Required Experience

Three or more years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, telesales, lead generation, call-centre sales, or live transfers.

Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.

Experience qualifying prospects before scheduling an appointment or completing a transfer.

Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication skills.

Experience working toward transfer, appointment, conversion, or call targets.

Clear and professional spoken English.

The ability to remain calm with skeptical, impatient, or difficult property owners.

Strong listening skills and the ability to adjust your response.

Accurate CRM, call-note, and disposition habits.

Willingness to receive coaching and apply feedback.

Full-time availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
