We're looking to fill 3–5 OPT Recruiter positions and 1 Team Lead for OPT Recruiters position. We operate in a startup environment — priorities and processes are dynamic, and we value performance, learning, and collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Openings: </strong>3–5 OPT Recruiters & 1 Team Lead for OPT Recruiter </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Shift Timings: </strong>6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST</p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Experience:</strong> OPT Recruiters – 1–4 years | Team Lead – 2–5 years</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>🔹 OPT Recruiter (1–4 Years Experience | BPO / Call Center / Voice Process Candidates Can Also Be Considered)</strong></p><p>Source and recruit OPT, STEM OPT, H1B Transfer, GC, USC, H4 EAD, and W2 consultants Screen candidates for technical skills, visa status, rate expectations, and career goals Generate leads and build a pipeline through cold calling, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals Post requirements on Dice and other job portals; manage candidate database Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, rate negotiation, and onboarding support Work closely with sales and bench teams to close positions faster</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidates with prior experience in BPO, Call Center, Customer Support, International Voice Process, US Voice Process, Tele calling, or similar roles can also be considered.</strong></p><p><strong>Prior US staffing experience is preferred, but BPO/voice-process candidates with excellent English communication can be trained for the OPT Recruiter role.</strong></p><p><br></p><p> <strong>Team Lead</strong> – OPT Recruiters (2–5 years, team handling preferred) All core OPT Recruiter responsibilities, plus: Guide and mentor the recruiter team on sourcing, cold calling, and conversion strategies Monitor daily team activity, submissions, and pipeline to ensure targets are met Consolidate weekly progress reports for U.S. leadership Act as first point of escalation for recruiter/candidate issues Support onboarding and training of new recruiters as the team grows</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Relevant experience per role (see above) Solid understanding of OPT/CPT/H1B/GC/USC visa categories and tax terms Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals, Good English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, Confident with cold calling and conversion strategies, Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable using AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, or Gemini in daily work, Must be based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate) and able to work night shifts</p><p><br></p><p>Strong verbal communication, confidence on calls, convincing skills, and willingness to learn US staffing/recruitment are important.</p><p>Candidates from a voice-process background who are comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and speaking with US-based candidates are encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills: </strong>OPT/CPT Hiring · US IT Staffing · H1B Transfers · Bench Sales · W2 Recruitment · Dice & Job Portals · Lead Generation · Cold Calling</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation structure:</strong> Salary + Incentive</p><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p><strong>📩 Send your resume to hr@rrinfotek.com or WhatsApp +91 8330914517, mentioning the role (OPT Recruiter / Team Lead / Bench Sales Recruiter) and your current location.</strong></p>
