This involves planning your route and managing your time effectively.- Order Verification: Check all packages before leaving for delivery. This ensures that the right items are delivered to the right customers, minimizing mistakes.- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly manner upon delivery. Good communication will help build positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery and any issues encountered. This helps in tracking performance and resolving any delivery concerns.- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
