Office Clerk – High Court & Supreme Court Filing Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to assist with High Court and Supreme Court filing work and other day-to-day official office responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling documents, visiting court/official offices when required, maintaining records, and completing filing-related tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling High Court and Supreme Court filing and submission work
  • Preparing, arranging, photocopying, scanning, and organizing legal documents
  • Submitting documents and following up on filing-related matters
  • Maintaining physical and digital office records
  • Coordinating with advocates, court staff, clerks, and other officials when required
  • Collecting and delivering documents to courts and other offices
  • Handling basic computer and office work, including MS Word, email, printing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Maintaining files and keeping track of important documents and deadlines
  • Assisting with other administrative and official office work as assigned
Requirements:
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to read and understand documents carefully
  • Willingness to travel to the High Court, Supreme Court, and other government/official offices as required
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Ability to handle confidential documents professionally
  • Prior experience with court filing work will be an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude may also apply
