Introduction About Role Were looking for a talented Motion Designer with experience in creating high-quality animated ads and video content for performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and animating visuals that engage users and drive conversions across multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and more. Here are the key responsibilities in a nutshell: 1. Create engaging motion graphics, and video ads for ecommerce brands for performance marketing. Must understand the creative process and flows that make videos thumb-stopping and click worthy.You must have great experience of producing motion graphic performance/social media creatives.Collaborate with the Strategist, Account Manager and Media Buyers to develop video content that aligns with the clients brand identity and campaign goals.Ensure all videos are optimized for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)Innovate and experiment with new video formats, animations, and design trends to improve campaign performance.Edit and refine video content, including adding effects, transitions, and voiceovers as required.Manage timelines for video production and ensure timely delivery of all video content.Add motion graphics & animated elements to the footage & videos.Translate storyboards and scripts into engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Have a good understanding of the direct response ad creative design psychology for thumb stopping creatives.Producing some past work for product businesses is a must.A recent experience of including AI tools in your workflow will be beneficial.Stay on top of motion-design trends, tools, and techniques that psychological impact. Tools Required - Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro / Cinema 4D / Illustrator. Platform Knowledge: Instagram, Shorts.Portfolio: A strong reel showcasing a variety of motion-graphics projectsCommunication & Time Management Must have about 2 years of experience in working for a performance marketing agency. Day-to-Day - Begin the day by reviewing ongoing campaign requirements and video content needed.Create motion graphics, animations, and video ads for new campaigns or optimize existing content based on performance.Collaborate closely with the creative and Media Buyer to ensure all video content aligns with campaign goals.Stay updated with the latest video trends and animation techniques to continuously improve creative outputs.Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet platform-specific requirements for ad campaigns.Participate in team meetings and discuss the performance and impact of video ads.
