Work Days & Timing:
- Monday to Friday: Full-day working — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, consisting of 8 working hours with a 1-hour break.
- Every Saturday: Half-day working — 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM, consisting of 4 working hours with a 1-hour break.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Medical Biller with at least 1 year of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The candidate will be responsible for handling billing processes, verifying patient and payer eligibility, reconciling payments, and ensuring accurate and timely billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Medical Billing activities and ensure accurate submission of claims.
- Work on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes from billing through payment collection.
- Review and process billing charges accurately according to payer and patient requirements.
- Perform insurance and payer eligibility verification before billing.
- Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and payer information.
- Perform payment posting and payment reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between payments, claims, and billing records.
- Review claim status and follow up with insurance payers when required.
- Assist with denial management and claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing procedures and payer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Medical Billing.
- Experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Good understanding of Medical Billing and Billing Charges.
- Experience with Payment Posting and Payment Reconciliation.
- Experience in Insurance/Payer Eligibility Verification.
- Good understanding of US healthcare insurance and payer processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage billing tasks within deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience working with US healthcare providers, medical practices, or healthcare organizations.
- Experience with medical billing/RCM software or EMR/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of claim submission, denials, AR follow-up, and payment posting.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
