Media Buyer - Fresher


About the job:

We are looking for enthusiastic, analytical, and growth-oriented freshers to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, paid advertising, and US Lead Generation. As a Media buyer, you will work closely with experienced marketers to execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for US-based lead generation across multiple industries. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign management, audience targeting, performance optimization, and data analysis while building a strong foundation in performance marketing. Key Responsibilities:

A. Campaign Execution
1. Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing US Lead Generation campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid acquisition platforms
2. Support the execution of Cost Per Lead (CPL) campaigns for US-based clients and advertisers
3. Monitor campaign performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
4. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance
5. Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution

B. Campaign Optimisation
1. Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
2. Assist in testing different audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
3. Support A/B testing of advertisements, landing pages, and creatives
4. Learn campaign optimisation techniques to improve lead quality while reducing acquisition costs
5. Continuously monitor campaign KPIs and recommend improvements

C. Analytics & Reporting
1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports
2. Track key marketing metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
3. Maintain campaign reports and dashboards
4. Analyse campaign data to identify trends and growth opportunities
5. Assist senior team members with performance analysis and reporting

D. Lead Generation
1. Support the execution of US Lead Generation campaigns across multiple industry verticals
2. Monitor lead quality and campaign performance to achieve business objectives
3. Learn customer acquisition strategies for the US market
4. Assist in improving conversion funnels to maximise campaign performance
5. Ensure campaigns deliver quality leads while maintaining profitability

E. Learning and Development
1. Learn Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Lead Generation strategies
2. Gain hands-on experience with live campaigns across Meta Ads and other paid marketing channels
3. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and platform updates
4. Participate in internal training sessions and continuously improve marketing skills
5. Learn campaign scaling strategies from experienced performance marketers
