Marketplace Manager – Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra (Delhi)

Marketplace Manager – Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra SOVIV | Shalimar Bagh, North West Delhi | Full time, On-site About SOVIV SOVIV is a bootstrapped, founder-led D2C women's innerwear brand selling on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and our own website. We're building a focused in-house team instead of relying on agencies juggling hundreds of other accounts alongside ours. The Role We're hiring one person to own our entire marketplace presence — advertising, listings, and day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This is not a role split across 10 other client accounts: SOVIV will be your only account, and we're looking for someone who wants exactly that kind of ownership and depth. You'll report directly to the founder, with real authority over ad strategy, budgets, and how our products show up across every platform we sell on. Advertising & Growth - Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon - Run and optimize Flipkart Ads (PLA/CPC) and Myntra Ads campaigns - Keyword research, bid management, and budget allocation across all three platforms - Track ACoS/TACoS and report on it, pushing for efficiency without choking growth Listings & Catalog - Create and optimize listings — titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ content/EBC - Keep pricing, variations, and catalog data accurate and competitive across every channel - Track competitor listings and pricing moves Marketplace Operations - Manage FBA inventory planning, shipment creation, and restock coordination - Coordinate Myntra Partner Portal operations — inventory, dispatch, and campaign RO creation - Monitor account health, reviews/ratings, and return trends; flag and fix issues before they hurt performance Reporting - Weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear, actionable recommendations — not just numbers Bonus: Shopify Site Ads If you also know how to run Meta Ads — creative development, audience targeting, campaign management — and/or Google Ads, that's a significant plus. Not required, but a candidate who can extend this ownership to our own website's paid channels will be a real differentiator when we're comparing candidates. What You Bring - 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra seller accounts — brand-side or agency-side - Direct working experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub/Ads Manager, and Myntra Partner Portal - Amazon Ads Sponsored Ads Certification (Foundations or Advanced) — we'll ask to see the badge - Real experience managing meaningful ad spend, not just small test budgets - Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups) — most cross-platform reporting happens in spreadsheets - Background in fashion, apparel, or FMCG preferred - Able to work on-site from our Shalimar Bagh office - This will be your only account — we're looking for someone who wants that focus, not someone running this alongside freelance or agency clients on the side Nice to Have - Meta Ads / Google Ads experience (creative + targeting), for Shopify site advertising - Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout - Comfort reading GST/TCS details on marketplace settlement reports
