Marketing Manager - Government & PSU Projects

🚀 Hiring: Sr. Marketing Manager | Government & PSU Accounts | Delhi (Onsite)

Experience: 6-7 years | Must-have: Prior experience handling Ministry/PSU/Government accounts end to end in an advertising or INS-accredited agency.

Have you run a Ministry, PSU, or large public-sector account from brief to billing, managing the client, the budget, the creative team, and the approval chain, all at once? This role is built for you.

ANJ Creations, a DAVP-empanelled agency working closely with government and PSU clients, is looking for an Account Manager to own the complete lifecycle of our high-visibility public sector accounts.

What makes you a fit:

✅ 5-6 years in client servicing/account management in an advertising agency, with hands-on experience leading Ministry/PSU/Government accounts. This is non-negotiable.

✅ You’ve managed 360° campaigns, covering strategy, creative, digital and social, outdoor/print/electronic media, events, and activations, and you know how the pieces fit together.

✅ You’ve owned the money side: estimates, budget planning, vendor negotiation, cost tracking, billing, and the documentation government clients expect.

✅ You understand government approval chains, protocol sensitivities, and empanelment-driven processes, and you know how to keep work moving through them without losing quality or timelines.

✅ You’ve coordinated with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, digital, production) and external vendors to deliver on time, every time.

✅ You can present to a Joint Secretary and a CMO with equal ease, adjusting the story, the data, and the tone for each audience.

What you’ll own:

✅End-to-end management of assigned government/PSU accounts, from briefing and planning to execution, reporting, and closure

✅Day-to-day client coordination: approvals, escalations, feedback loops, and relationship building with ministry and department stakeholders

✅360° campaign planning and delivery in collaboration with creative, media, digital, and strategy teams

✅Budgeting and financial control: estimates, cost tracking, vendor management, invoicing, and timely client billing

✅Timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

✅Campaign performance and progress reporting to clients and agency leadership

✅Mentoring junior account executives and coordinators on client servicing and government protocol

✅Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and supporting pitches and proposals

About ANJ Creations:

A fast-growing creative and marketing agency specializing in brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and public sector communications. We work on high-impact government and PSU communication projects, the kind of work that doesn’t sit in a portfolio quietly.
