## About the Role The Marketing & Growth Manager at GlamGuider is responsible for driving user acquisition, developing growth strategies, and executing performance marketing campaigns. This role involves optimizing key metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). The manager will also own the growth roadmap, identify new acquisition channels, and continuously optimize the marketing funnel using data and A/B testing. Additionally, the role includes building the brand as a trusted beauty and skincare destination, executing awareness campaigns, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. ## Key Responsibilities - Drive new user acquisition through organic and paid marketing channels. - Develop growth strategies to increase website traffic and app users. - Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. - Strong experience in CRM and Retention marketing. - Optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV). - Own GlamGuider's growth roadmap and marketing calendar. - Identify new acquisition channels, partnerships, referral programs, and growth opportunities. - Launch experiments to improve user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. - SEO and organic growth mapping. - Continuously optimize the marketing funnel using data and A/B testing. - Build GlamGuider as a trusted beauty and skincare destination. - Execute awareness campaigns, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships. - Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. - Work closely with affiliate, creator, and commerce teams to increase revenue. - Develop campaigns that improve product discovery and conversions. - Drive affiliate sales, brand collaborations, and sponsored content opportunities. - Monitor revenue performance and identify new monetization opportunities. - Support programmatic SEO initiatives and product-led content strategies. - Track marketing performance and prepare dashboards. - Monitor acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics. - Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI. ## Location & Work Mode - Location: Mumbai - Work Mode: Onsite
