The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align solutions with organizational goals and adapt to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components. - Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems within broader enterprise environments. - Ability to work with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to manufacturing software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
