Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services and/or foot massage reflexology designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Local/Malaysian Male/ Female Massage Therapists and Foot Reflexologist
Experience 2 Years & above preferably
- Sales Commission basis base on individual massage skill techniques and highly communication skills.
- Sales Commission + Tips given by clients add up to SGD$2000 - SGD$3500
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients about their progress and adjust treatments accordingly to optimize pain management and relaxation.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic environment by adhering to occupational health standards and proper sanitation protocols.
- Educate clients on simple self-care practices.
- Simple Cashiering works.
- Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathetic communication and active listening.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques to determine appropriate massage therapies.
- Expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy for targeted pain relief.
- Knowledge of pain management strategies and how they relate to physiology and anatomy.
