About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind artificial intelligence. People review model responses, write strong examples, and assess accuracy so AI systems can produce more useful and reliable results.
Legal reviewers are needed because strong model outputs require careful knowledge of legal reasoning, evidence, procedure, and risk.
