About ROAS Expert
We are a performance-driven growth marketing agency obsessed with one thing: delivering measurable returns for our clients. From paid media to conversion optimization, we help ambitious brands scale revenue without burning their budget. We move fast, think in data, and build things that compound.

The Role
We are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented intern to own our outbound presence across freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer.com, and similar marketplaces. Your job is simple on paper but requires real hustle: find the right clients, send the right message, and get them on a call. You will be our front line for pipeline generation.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and respond to relevant job postings on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and others daily
  • Write personalized, compelling proposals that cut through the noise and convert
  • Manage and optimize agency profiles to improve visibility and credibility scores
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and conversion metrics in a CRM or tracker
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align messaging with ongoing service offerings
  • Identify patterns in winning proposals and help build a repeatable playbook

Who You Are

  • You write clearly, quickly, and without sounding like a template
  • You are comfortable managing repetitive tasks with a system mindset
  • You understand what a growth marketing agency does (or are eager to learn fast)
  • Prior experience on Upwork, even as a freelancer, is a strong plus
  • You track what is working and are not shy about iterating
  • Available for at least 1 to 2 hours daily, with consistent timezone overlap

What You Get

  • Hands-on experience inside a live growth marketing agency
  • Mentorship on outbound strategy, copywriting, and platform optimization
  • Performance-based incentives for quality leads that convert
  • A front-row seat to how a modern agency wins and retains clients
  • Potential for a full-time role based on performance

To Apply
Send us a short note about yourself and one example of a proposal or cold message you have written (or would write for us at careers@roasexpert.com). We care more about your thinking than your resume.
