<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and creative <strong>Landscape Designer</strong> with extensive experience in <strong>high-end and luxury projects</strong>. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, materials, and project execution for <strong>residential, commercial, villa, and healthcare developments</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of landscape projects across multiple sectors — luxury residential, villas, commercial developments, and healthcare facilities.</li><li>Develop master plans, planting schemes, hardscape design, and detailed construction documentation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and project managers to deliver cohesive design solutions.</li><li>Manage design presentations, client coordination, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing technical and creative guidance.</li><li>Oversee material selection, cost estimation, and ensure compliance with sustainability and local regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and site teams to monitor progress and ensure high-quality landscape implementation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture / landscape design.</li><li>7–13 years of relevant experience in landscape design, with a strong portfolio of <strong>luxury and high-end projects</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience in <strong>residential, commercial, villas, and healthcare</strong> projects.</li><li>Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of plant materials, irrigation design, and sustainable landscape practices.</li><li>Excellent design presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience of 7-13 years preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finishes elements. A minimum of 2 projects such as 5-star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences.</li><li>Master’s in landscape architecture / landscape design is preferred.</li><li>Experience working with international clients or reputed design firms.</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics, innovation, and attention to detail.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Office Location: Fortune 2000, BKC</p>
