Learning & - Development (L&D;) Executive / Senior Executive Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute end-to-end learning and development initiatives across plant and corporate locations. - Identify training needs, prepare annual training calendars, coordinate training programs, and measure training effectiveness. - Manage internal/external trainers and training vendors, including coordination and commercial discussions. - Monitor training budget, MIS, attendance, mandays, and other L&D; metrics. - Drive LMS and digital learning initiatives to improve employee engagement and learning effectiveness. - Support talent development, leadership development, succession planning, Hi-Pot programs, and IDPs. - Ensure compliance with L&D; SOPs and support internal/external audits. - Collaborate with HRBPs, Plant Heads, HODs, trainers, and other stakeholders to achieve L&D; objectives. Required Skills: - Experience in Learning & - Development, Training Management, and HR processes. - Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics, Power BI (preferred). - Manufacturing industry experience preferred. - Willingness to travel regularly to plant locations. Qualification & - Experience: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. - Relevant experience in Learning & - Development, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
