Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist (WFH)


About the job:

We are looking for a creative, curious and hands-on person who can help us build and grow our social media presence. This is not just a posting job. You will be responsible for understanding our business, finding interesting topics, creating content, testing new ideas and helping build a strong brand presence online. You will work closely with the team and get the opportunity to learn about startups, AI, marketing, technology and business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Instagram presence.
2. Research trends, competitors, industries and topics relevant to our business.
3. Create content ideas, posts, captions, carousels and short-form content.
4. Turn our company work, projects and ideas into interesting social media content.
5. Use Canva and AI tools to create and improve content.
6. Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
7. Experiment with different content formats and topics.
8. Monitor engagement and understand what content is working.
9. Help improve our brand visibility and online presence.
10. Support social-media-based lead generation and outreach.
11. Keep track of competitors and identify new opportunities.
12. Take ownership of the work instead of waiting for instructions.

Note: You will have the opportunity to grow from handling social media into brand, marketing & growth, depending on your performance and contribution.
