Junior Human Resources (HR) Associate - Fresher


About the job:

We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-oriented Junior HR / Office Associate to support the organisation across day-to-day HR, administrative, coordination and member engagement functions. The role is suited for someone who is comfortable communicating with people, managing documentation and follow-ups, coordinating with team members, and taking ownership of routine operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be dependable, professional and willing to learn while contributing to the smooth functioning of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day-to-day HR documentation and record-keeping, including employee records, attendance, leave, joining and onboarding formalities, and other internal documentation.
2. Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening and shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, following up on applications, and maintaining updated candidate records.
3. Coordinate with team members on day-to-day work requirements, attendance, meetings, task updates, pending deliverables, and other internal coordination matters.
4. Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups with IHN members to understand their requirements and assist them in accessing relevant membership benefits, services, opportunities, and business connections.
5. Maintain accurate and updated records of member interactions, requirements, conversations, and follow-ups to ensure timely and effective member engagement.
6. Assist with day-to-day office administration and take up ad-hoc operational, coordination, and administrative responsibilities as required by the organisation.
