<p>Manoribel Resort is hiring a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our guest experience.</p><p><br></p>About Manoribel Resort<p>Manoribel Resort which is little away from Mumbai city is a premium hospitality destination known for its warm service, serene ambiance, and curated guest experiences. We are looking for a polished, guest-centric Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our visitors and a key ambassador of our brand.</p><p><br></p><p>If you have:</p><p>✔️ 6 months–2 years of front desk/hotel reception experience</p><p>✔️ Excellent communication and guest-handling skills</p><p>✔️ Comfort with reservations, billing, and PMS tools</p><p>✔️ A service-first, polished, and proactive attitude</p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome guests warmly and manage efficient check-in and check-out processes.</li><li>Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and pre-arrival preparations.</li><li>Maintain accurate guest records and billing information in the Property Management System (PMS).</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person with accurate information on resort services, rates, amenities, and local attractions.</li><li>Process payments, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliations accurately.</li><li>Upsell rooms, dining, and other resort services to enhance guest experience and revenue.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other teams to fulfill guest requests and special needs.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.</li><li>Follow resort policies, safety standards, and service protocols consistently.</li><li>Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.</li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications & Skills<ul><li>10+2 / Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).</li><li>6 months to 2 years of experience in a front office/reception role in a hotel or resort.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with excel, accounting tools, Tally is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, grooming, and a service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in shifts (including weekends/holidays).</li></ul><p><br></p><p>…we’d love to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p>📍 Location: Manoribel Resort</p><p>💼 Full-time | Shifts including weekends/holidays</p><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p>Send your resume and a short note to weallies.devinaa@gmail.com with the subject: “Application – Front Office Receptionist, Manoribel Resort”.
