IT Sales Manager India Based

Job Description: We are hiring an IT Sales Manager for a leading IT services company based in Jaipur. The role will focus on new business acquisition across global markets, primarily the UK and US. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos, building sales pipelines, outbound prospecting, managing the complete sales cycle, and engaging with CXOs, Founders, CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders. Candidates currently based in Jaipur are preferred. The role requires working from the Jaipur location. Requirements: MBA from a Tier-1 institution. 35 years of B2B IT Services Sales experience. Proven track record in new logo acquisition and business development. Strong hunter mindset with excellent outbound sales skills. Experience handling CXO/Founder/CIO/CTO-level stakeholders. Experience with UK/US clients is preferred. Valid passport and willingness to travel to the UK/US. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Candidates based in Jaipur preferred. Notice period: Immediate to 1530 days preferred. Exposure to AI, Data, Cloud, or Digital Transformation is an advantage.
