The team focuses on correcting data foundations before analysis, ensuring a reliable single source of truth for attribution, ROI, and performance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an honest, dependable, and proactive <strong>IT & Admin Support Specialist</strong> to manage day-to-day administrative operations, oversee payroll management, and provide essential technical support. This is a hybrid position requiring <strong>1 to 2 days per week on-site in our office</strong>, with the rest of the work managed flexibly.</p><p>As a growing organization, we value individuals who take ownership of their work, bring reliability, and want to actively contribute to our overall operations and long-term growth.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Administrative & Payroll Management</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on management and execution of monthly payroll using <strong>Zoho Payroll</strong> (or similar payroll/HR platforms).</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and reimbursement processing for a team of 10-15 people.</li><li>Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative tasks during in-office days.</li><li>Assist with basic vendor coordination, office inventory tracking, and documentation.</li><li>Support ongoing operational workflows to help streamline team productivity.</li></ul><p><strong>2. IT & Technical Support</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot basic technical issues (hardware, software, network connectivity, user accounts).</li><li>Assist with onboarding/offboarding setup for team members (email creation, software access, permissions).</li><li>Maintain basic asset tracking (devices, software licenses, accounts).</li><li>Ensure data privacy and operational security best practices across office tools and software.</li></ul><p><strong>3.
