International Business & Sourcing Executive - Fresher


About the job:

*Product Sourcing & Procurement*
- Identify and develop reliable manufacturers and suppliers across India.
- Source products based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Compare pricing, quality, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and production capabilities.
- Coordinate samples, product specifications, catalogues and technical information.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and suitable commercial terms.
- Maintain and continuously develop the company's supplier database.

*International Sales & Customer Coordination*
- Assist in handling enquiries from international customers.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices and commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and potential orders.
- Communicate professionally with overseas customers through email, WhatsApp and telephone.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Support the founders in developing long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

*Order & Export Coordination*
- Coordinate confirmed orders between customers, suppliers and logistics partners.
- Prepare and follow Purchase Orders and supplier production schedules.
- Track production and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA and other logistics partners.
- Assist with Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin and other export documentation.
- Maintain proper records for each enquiry, quotation, purchase and shipment.
- Follow up on payments and pending commercial documentation when required.

Other Requirements:

  4. - Good written and spoken English.
  5. - Comfortable communicating with suppliers and international customers.
  6. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
  7. - Strong internet research and supplier-searching skills.
  8. - Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  9. - Organized and capable of handling multiple activities simultaneously.
  10. - Positive attitude, commercial thinking and willingness to learn.
  11. - Basic knowledge of exports, Incoterms, logistics or documentation will be an advantage but is *not mandatory for freshers*.
