Influencer Marketing Associate - Fresher (WFH)


About the job:

We are looking for someone good with people, confident while talking, and who genuinely enjoys getting things done. This role will mainly involve working with influencers, creators, meme pages, and vendors for our entertainment and influencer marketing campaigns. You will be someone who can pick up the phone, have a conversation, negotiate a deal, follow up, and make sure things actually move forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with influencers, creators, meme pages, and vendors for campaigns.
2. Negotiate rates and commercials with creators and vendors.
3. Obtain quotations and work towards securing the best possible deals.
4. Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
5. Coordinate with the internal campaign team and external partners.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and vendors.
7. Identify and onboard new creators, vendors, and meme pages as required.
8. Manage multiple campaign requirements simultaneously.
9. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed end-to-end.
10. Support the team wherever required and maintain a collaborative, no 'this is not my work' attitude.
