As we scale our digital presence, we're investing in in-house video production to create content that feels real, relatable, and rooted in the coffee experience we offer.</p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p><strong>We're looking for a Hybrid Content Creator</strong> to join our in-house video production team in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role combining on-site shoots (at our café/roastery locations) with remote editing and content planning. You'll be responsible for ideating, scripting, shooting, and editing short-form video content — reels, behind-the-scenes footage, product showcases, and lifestyle content — that captures the essence of our brand across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.</p><p>You'll work closely with our marketing team to plan content calendars, stay on top of platform trends, and ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice. This role also involves basic performance tracking to understand what's resonating with our audience and adjusting content strategy accordingly.</p><p><strong>Day-to-Day Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos on-site at our café/roastery (2–3 days/week) and manage post-production remotely</li><li>Create UGC-style content — product showcases, café ambience reels, brewing process videos, and customer/team spotlights</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign ideas</li><li>Stay current with trending audio, formats, and editing styles relevant to the coffee/lifestyle space</li><li>Track basic content performance metrics (views, engagement, saves) and refine approach based on what works</li><li>Engage with the online community by responding to comments and DMs where needed</li><li>Bring fresh, on-brand ideas that support community building and brand awareness</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting ideas and taking creative direction</li><li>Hands-on video shooting and editing skills (phone or camera-based content creation)</li><li>Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content formats</li><li>Comfortable being on-camera or directing on-camera talent for UGC-style content</li><li>Based in Bengaluru and available for in-person shoots 2–3 days a week</li><li>Basic understanding of content performance metrics and social media analytics</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines independently and adapt quickly to trends</li><li>Prior experience in content creation, food/beverage content, or influencer marketing is a plus but not mandatory</li><li>A genuine interest in coffee culture is a bonus!</li></ul><p><br></p>
