Income Processing - Manager

<br /><p style="color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Who we are looking for</span></b></p><br /><p style="color:!important">As an Income COE Officer, the ideal candidate will support and assist Client Operations and other operational Shared Service teams/ Center of Excellence (COE’s) by monitoring and processing custody, accounting, middle office related events to the fund’s records accurately and timely. Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the corporation and deliver excellent service to clients and people management.</p><br /><p style="color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Why this role is important to us</span></b></p><br /><p style="color:!important">Income COE deals with end to end processing of events across custody, accounting, middle office and claims services for our clients. This involves processing of many financial activities which will help other team to derive at NAV to the client, As part of Income COE you will be required to contribute towards development of Process, people and Improve Risk standards for the team.</p><br /><p style="color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What you will be responsible for</span></b></p><p style="color:!important">As Officer you will:</p><ul><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Process Optimization: </span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. </span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Resource Management</span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">: Manage resources (people, budget, technology) effectively to achieve operational objectives. </span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Performance Monitoring: </span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as needed. </span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Team Leadership: </span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">Lead and develop a team of managers and staff within the operations department.</span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Collaboration: </span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">Work with other executive teams to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization. </span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Quality Control: </span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">Ensure that the company's operations deliver high-quality products or services that meet customer needs. </span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Risk Management: </span></b><span style="font-size:inherit">Identify and mitigate potential operational risks. </span></li><li><b><span style="font-size:inherit">Deep knowledge of Income and Corporate Actions:</span></b><span style="font-size:inherit"> Understanding the end to end income cycle, fund accounting, amortization, concepts on bonds, dividends, entitlement calculations , amortization, market and loan claims lifecycle, middle office operations and relevant regulations. </span></li></ul><br /><p style="color:!important"><b><span style="font-size:inherit">What we value- </span></b>Key Skills:</p><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Result-oriented with an ownership and accountability mindset</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Commercial acumen - Understanding of cost/budgets</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Drive pay for performance and culture of performance differentiation</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Executive presence, managing with influence and effective communication across stakeholder groups both regionally and globally</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Embed risk excellence culture across the teams</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Encourage and drive a culture of change and ideation</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit">Drive efficiency and automation initiatives .
