Associates often interact with clients across levels and geography from cases they are aligned to.Job responsibilities/ Proficient with sound business logic and ability to structure approaches/ presentations for adding value in complex business analysis./ Quickly grasp on different client businesses and perform research/analysis across all geographies and industries./ Preparing an action plan for client to implement the strategic solutions and manage its execution./ Ability to provide solid business judgement to derive answers in situations where data is not easily available or explicitly published./ May have first level team management responsibility which generally involves conducting performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work to a small team of analysts.QualificationCandidate should be a PGDM student from IIM Indore, Batch 2025 with strong academic records. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication and team work skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
