The Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Oracle HRMS modules. Tasks include requirement gathering, solution design, configuring applications, testing, and providing user training and support. Consultants will also work closely with clients to optimize HR processes and ensure seamless system integration.QualificationsExperience with Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Performance ManagementStrong understanding of HR processes and practicesSkills in requirement gathering, solution design, and configurationProficiency in testing, user training, and supportExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clients and teamsOracle certification and experience in implementing Oracle HRMS are a plusBachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields
