Human Resources (HR) - Internship (Part Time)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
3. Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records, HR documents, and databases.
4. Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees/interns.
5. Help manage attendance, leave records, and other routine HR activities.
6. Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
7. Support employee engagement activities, meetings, and internal communication.
8. Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
9. Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
10. Conduct basic research on HR policies, recruitment trends, and best practices.
