Human Resources & Administration -Manager

Role Overview The Manager Human Resources & Administration will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, administration, employee engagement, and workplace discipline . This role will support the organization in building strong people systems, company culture, operational discipline, and administrative efficiency while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinate hiring requirements across departments and outlets Build and manage relationships with consultants, agencies, and hiring sources Support manpower planning and timely closure of positions Maintain candidate databases for future expansion Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management Ensure smooth onboarding process for all new hires Prepare offer letters, joining documents, employee files, and induction material Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities Ensure all joining protocols and documentation are completed before onboarding HR Operations & Compliance Maintain attendance, leave records, employee documentation, HR systems and Staff grooming Monitor workplace discipline, grooming, attendance, and office protocols Support payroll inputs, employee records, and statutory compliance Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes Culture & Employee Engagement Support management in building a positive and performance-driven culture Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and communication activities Address employee concerns and maintain healthy workplace relationships Promote accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Training Coordination Coordinate training schedules and employee development initiatives Track employee training completion and onboarding readiness Support induction and refresher training programs Administration & Office Management Manage office administration, facility readiness, and administrative coordination Coordinate office supplies, housekeeping, and administrative vendors Maintain smooth functioning of office infrastructure and protocols including approving and paying ad hoc and r regular expenses, Key Skills & Competencies Strong HR operations and administration management skills Excellent coordination and interpersonal abilities Strong execution focus with attention to detail Ability to build systems, processes, and workplace discipline Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and operational tools Experience 8 + years of experience in HR & Administration roles Experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, F&B, cinema, telecom, or similar industries preferred Experience in building HR systems and supporting growing organizations preferred Success Metrics Timely closure of hiring requirements Smooth onboarding and employee readiness Employee retention and engagement HR policy and process compliance Attendance and workplace discipline standards Administrative efficiency and office readiness Skills: workplace,onboarding,administrative .
