HR Recruiter Position: HR Recruiter Experience: 0–3 years Location: Valasaravakkam Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. *Roles & Responsibilities* * Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. * Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. * Conduct initial screening calls and interviews. * Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. * Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. * Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback. * Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining. * Prepare and share job postings on relevant platforms. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. *Requirements* * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills. * Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools. * Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities. * Good follow-up and coordination skills. * Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
