Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive to support recruitment activities for our PAN India sales teams and assist with day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, robust coordination abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR field. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities for sales teams across India. Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status. Assist with offer letters, employee documentation, and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports. Support employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative activities. Assist with other HR tasks as required. Requirements MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification. Freshers are welcome to apply. Good verbal and written communication skills.
