Ltd. is seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Hospitality & Hotel Management Executive to manage guest hospitality, hotel and travel arrangements, corporate events, and visitor coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure a seamless experience for clients, business partners, and senior management. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients, dealers, and visitors in a professional manner. Coordinate hotel bookings, guest accommodations, and travel arrangements. Manage flight, train, and cab reservations for company officials and guests. Ensure conference rooms and meeting areas are prepared before meetings. Coordinate refreshments, meals, and catering services during meetings and events. Maintain relationships with hotels, travel agencies, and hospitality vendors. Handle corporate events, exhibitions, dealer meets, and internal functions. Maintain records of bookings, travel expenses, and hospitality budgets. Support the Administration and HR departments with hospitality-related activities. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience within the office. Resolve guest queries and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations. Perform other administrative and hospitality duties as assigned. Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, front office, guest relations, or corporate hospitality. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Professional appearance and etiquette. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of hotel booking procedures and travel coordination.
