Position: Home Care Nurse / Staff Nurse

Eligible candidates:

  • ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife
  • GNM – General Nursing and Midwifery
  • B.Sc Nursing
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Experienced nurses are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with wound care, dressing and basic clinical procedures.
  • Provide care for elderly, post-operative and chronically ill patients.
  • Support patients with activities of daily living when required.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
  • Follow infection prevention and control practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team.
  • Identify changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately.
  • Maintain patient dignity, privacy, safety and confidentiality.
  • Follow Home Medics' clinical protocols, policies and professional standards.
