Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a detail-oriented Home-Based Data Entry Professional to join our remote team in Canada. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systems.

  • Review incoming data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

  • Perform regular data verification and quality checks.

  • Organize, categorize, and store digital documents following company procedures.

  • Manage large volumes of information while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.

  • Communicate with internal departments when clarification or verification is needed.

  • Generate simple reports and summaries based on collected data.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.

  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy (minimum 40–50 wpm recommended).

  • Excellent command of written English.
