Role Description Own the enablement, governance, and scaling of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise - agents, plugins, connectors, and advanced extensibility - so that high-value capabilities are adopted securely, compliantly, and cost-effectively. The role curates and prioritizes what gets rolled out, drives capabilities through end-to-end approvals, and enforces the guardrails and lifecycle controls that keep Copilot trustworthy at scale. It requires balancing innovation velocity with risk management and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities Capability Prioritization & Enablement - Curate, prioritize, and roll out Copilot agents, connectors, and extensibility features based on business value and roadmap fit. - Maintain a prioritized backlog and release pipeline of capabilities, balancing demand from the business against enterprise readiness. - Support enablement campaigns, documentation, and training so users adopt capabilities in the intended, governed way.
