About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with borrowers via phone calls to recover pending loan dues.
2. Manage a portfolio of commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure regular follow-ups.
3. Accurately log all call details, payment discussions, and collection status updates in the app.
4. Track repayment timelines and maintain consistent engagement with borrowers.
5. Work towards achieving assigned collection targets on a daily and monthly basis.
6. Coordinate with internal teams on case updates, resolutions, and repossession actions, as required.
7. Comply with all process standards, audit requirements, and company policies.
8. Conduct repayment negotiations and assist with restructuring overdue accounts when required.
9. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely closure and proper disposition of each case.
