Ground Staff Fresher

As a Ground Staff member, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth airport operations and providing excellent service to passengers. Your tasks will include the following:- Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring all documents are verified and bags are tagged correctly.- Baggage Handling: Safely load and unload baggage from aircraft, making sure luggage reaches its destination without damage.- Customer Service: Address passenger inquiries and provide information about flights, boarding times, and gate changes, ensuring a positive experience.- Equipment Operation: Use ground handling equipment and tools, such as tugs and baggage carts, following safety and operational guidelines.- Safety Compliance: Maintain safety protocols and procedures at all times, reporting any hazardous conditions or incidents to supervisors.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient and safe operations within the airport.To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will interact with passengers and co-workers daily. Basic computer knowledge is preferred for managing check-in systems. Being a team player with a positive attitude will help you thrive in our collaborative workplace. Experience is not required, making this a great opportunity for freshers.
