Role Description The Full Time E-commerce Management role at Geeta Fabs is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory coordination, and order processing across online marketplaces and brand-owned platforms.

Responsibilities include monitoring website and marketplace performance, analyzing sales reports, optimizing product visibility, and coordinating with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, managing returns or exchanges, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The E-commerce Manager will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, improve online merchandising, and contribute to the overall growth of digital sales channels.
