Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to become the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will manage inbound enquiries via email, reputed company Business, and reputed company Messenger, conduct instant valuations of trade‑in items, negotiate deals, issue postage labels, and, when capacity allows, list items on reputed company. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity that blends customer service, sales, and logistics, offering a competitive base salary plus performance‑based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement – Respond to all incoming enquiries promptly (within 30 minutes) across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Instant Valuation – Research current market prices on reputed company, calculate profit margins, postage costs, and other variables to provide accurate, real‑time valuations.
  • Deal Negotiation – Work with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, documenting terms and ensuring clarity before finalizing the sale.
  • Postage & Payment Processing – Generate postage labels, coordinate shipping, and confirm receipt of payment through arenaflex’s payment gateway.
  • reputed company Listing (Optional) – When workload permits, create compelling reputed company listings, upload photos, and optimize titles and descriptions for maximum visibility.
  • Data Management – Maintain accurate records in our CRM, update customer profiles, and track sales metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support, sales, or virtual assistance (minimum 6 months).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Comfortable using email, reputed company Business, reputed company Messenger, and basic reputed company tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to quickly interpret market data and calculate valuations.
