Forklift Driver

Job Title : Forklift Driver / Forklift Operator Job Summary : Operate forklifts and related equipment to transport materials and products efficiently while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas. Move materials, pallets, and products throughout the facility. Stack and store goods in designated locations. Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure safe operation. Report equipment defects, accidents, or safety concerns. Follow workplace health and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and stock counts. Maintain accurate records of material movements. Keep work areas clean and organized. Work with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to meet operational goals. Required Skills : Ability to safely operate a forklift. Knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Understanding of workplace safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic record-keeping and documentation skills. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred). Valid forklift operator certification or license, where required. Previous warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience is an advantage. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed. Working Conditions Warehouses.
