Great, you're almost with us. ## What You'll Be Doing - Developing strategies, gathering keyword semantics, and launching campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms - Analyzing and optimizing ad campaigns to boost ROI - Preparing technical briefs for copywriters and designers - Monitoring campaigns daily or weekly, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing competitors - Creating reports on marketing campaign effectiveness, particularly using Google Analytics 4 ## What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience setting up ads in Google Ads (Search, GDN, Performance Max) - Basic skills with analytics and tracking services Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager - Knowledge of key marketing metrics CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc. - English proficiency at Upper - Intermediate (B2) level or higher, both spoken and written - Confident use of Excel, Google Sheets, Power.
