Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Clear spoken and written communication in English and Hindi. knowing an additional regional language is a definite advantage
  • Good problem-solving approach — you should be able to understand what the customer actually needs and find the right solution
  • Basic computer knowledge — you need to be comfortable switching between tabs, typing fast, and using online tools
  • A customer-first mindset — the goal is always to make sure the customer feels heard and helped
  • Ability to stay calm and composed when a customer is frustrated or unhappy

Experience

  • Freshers can apply; Flipkart provides full training before you go live with customers
  • If you have previous experience in customer service, BPO, or e-commerce support, that is an added advantage and may reflect in your salary package
  • No technical background required — just good communication and a willingness to learn

Working Hours

Full-Time:

  • 8 hours per day
  • 5 to 6 days a week
  • Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays based on business requirements

Part-Time:

  • 4 to 5 hours per day
