Key Responsibilities

    Live Chat Excellence:

    Respond to inbound chat inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Maintain a friendly tone while adhering to brand guidelines.

      Issue Resolution:

      Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer issues—product questions, billing inquiries, technical glitches, and account management—using available knowledge bases and escalation protocols.

        Real‑Time Guidance:

        Provide step‑by‑step instructions, troubleshooting tips, and proactive solutions to empower customers to solve problems independently.

          Collaboration & Escalation:

          Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Billing) to resolve complex cases, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

            Documentation & Follow‑Up:

            Log all interactions accurately in the CRM, tag relevant information, and ensure timely follow‑up actions are completed.

              Quality Assurance:
