Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our production data. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Enter daily raw material intake and production quantity data into the reputed company ERP system.
  • Verify production yield figures and reconcile them with production planners.
  • Coordinate with the Production Planner to confirm raw material availability and resolve discrepancies during receiving.
  • Prepare, sort, and manage documentation for data entry, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain data quality standards by performing regular audits and quality checks.
  • Support the Production Supervisor with ad‑hoc data requests, trend analysis, and reporting.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including working in low‑temperature environments (down to 15 °C) when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data workflows and reduce errors.

Essential Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of data entry experience in a food‑processing or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation) and familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software.
  • Hands‑on experience with reputed company or any ERP system, particularly in data entry and reporting modules.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
