Key Responsibilities

  • Client Record Management: Organize, update, and maintain all client files—both digital and physical—ensuring they are current, accurate, and easily retrievable.
  • Billing & Admissions: Enter admissions data, process billing information, and manage assessment fee collections with precision and timeliness.
  • Data Accuracy & Security: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information in accordance with arenaflex policies and legal requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on admissions, billing, and fee collections to support program evaluation and funding compliance.

Essential Qualifications
